ELEME LABS is a new premium retail concept in Tallinn focused on wearable technology, recovery, fitnessinnovation and immersive home entertainment.

We are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented and technology-driven Senior Sales Consultant / Advisorto join our flagship showroom team.

You will work with premium international brands including Garmin, Hyperice, XGIMI, Sonos, Polar, Coros, Shokz,Cardo, Sena and Tunturi.

At ELEME LABS, sales is based on customer experience, product demonstrations and expert consultation.

Main responsibilities

• Advise customers professionally and confidently
• Demonstrate products and explain features clearly
• Create premium customer experiences
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Participate in product trainings and launch events
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation
• Contribute to sales growth and showroom development

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer consulting
• Interest in technology, sports, fitness or premium consumer electronics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good Estonian and English language skills
• Russian language is a plus

• Salary: €1500–2200 gross including bonuses
