Senior Financial Analyst

Gold Adam is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to build and develop the next generation of our financial and business analytics.

This is not a traditional reporting role. You'll work with large, complex datasets, turn them into commercially relevant insights, and present them to the CFO and senior management.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop management and Board reporting, KPIs, forecasting and scenario analysis
• Combine financial and operational data from multiple systems
• Go to the source data, build the analysis yourself and explain what the numbers mean
• Automate reporting processes
• Help develop how we use AI and modern analytics tools in finance

For example, you may be asked, "Why did profitability decline in this market last month?" We'll expect you to work out which data you need, find the key drivers, and present a clear conclusion and recommendation.

We're looking for someone who can move fluently between finance, data, technology and business decision-making.

• Strong experience in financial or business analytics (FP&A, controlling, commercial finance or similar)
• A solid understanding of revenue, margins, cost structures, profitability, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
• Hands-on skills in several of the following: SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau, data models and data warehouses, APIs and data integration, reporting automation
• The ability to build, test and solve problems yourself, not just understand the concepts
• Strong communication skills: you can discuss a data model with a technical team and explain its business impact to management
• Fluent English. Estonian or Finnish is an advantage.
