• Efficient execution of annual action plans
• Timely contribution to planning of multi-annual action plans for corporate communication
• Targeted development of the Agency's intranet and managing internal Information platforms on daily basis;
• Efficient coordination of intra-agency information- and knowledge sharing actions (assemblies, briefings, meetings) and content production to several on- and off-line communication channels;
• Regular contribution to employee engagement actions (networking, team-building)
• Timely contribution to general and action-based market research, analysis and evaluations as part of the preparatory work for procurement-related tasks
• Regular execution of general and action-based monitoring, evaluation and reporting
• Regular contribution to efficient change communication across the Agency and per individual sites

Requirements
• A level of education that corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience; from which min of 3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Fluency in English, Estonian language knowledge is considered an asset
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint; experience in managing the intranet/internal information platforms and in the use of Social Media for corporate communication
• Experiences in large-scale event management, in drafting texts in the area of corporate communication, in preparing surveys and drafting analysis and reports
• Experiences in procurement processes of national public institutions and/or EU institutions/bodies
• Experiences in the field of administrative work and cooperation in a multicultural environment
