Your responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
  • Present products and services, tailor solutions to client needs, and book follow-up meetings.
  • Identify new business leads and build lasting, long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales and improve results.

You should have

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence over the phone.
  • Fluency in Estonian to communicate with clients, plus knowledge of English for internal team collaboration.
  • The ability to work in a freelance/contract format.
  • An interest in sales.
  • Previous experience in sales, cold calling is a plus (but not strictly required).
