Job Description

  • Organise international sales of company products and develop.
  • Maintain / update customer information in our database.
  • Report sales performance results and achievements on monthly basis.
  • Propose recommendations, based on interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Provide a high-end customer service for new and potential customers and partners.
  • Act as a primary sales contact to various client types and consult customers remotely.
  • Seek for ways to go extra mile and outside of described duties to satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintain professional whatsapp/phone / skype / email conversations in order to identify customer needs.Generate new sales / business leads, develop commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals (full sales life-cycle).
  • Assist in presentation preparation and its delivery to end customers, propose commercial offers and follow up.Assist in writing of marketing materials, advertisements, inform customers about all special offers and new products or services offered by the Company.

Requirements

  • Strong management and organisational skills are required.
  • Motivation and interest in building successful career in interantional Sales sphere.Business proficiency in Estonian, English and Russian; additional knowledge of languages would be anadvantage.
  • Experience in B2B Sales would be an advantage.
  • Proficient computer literacy.
  • You must be energetic and customer-oriented, a strong team player, and be able to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • In order to qualify for this position, you must bring active, positive approach, good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In order to succeed, achieve high professional and financial results you must be target-oriented, self-motivated, quick learner, stress resistant and ambitious.
