Sales Assistant

Hapro Estonia OÜ is part of Hapro International B.V., a Netherlands-based manufacturer and wholesaler of hardware, plastic parts, and playground equipment under the Swing King brand. With factories in the Netherlands, China, and India. Currently Hapro exports to over 35 countries. Our Estonian branch is responsible for the Baltics and Scandinavia.

Location: Tallinn (with occasional support needed in Rakvere)
Our office is located in Tallinn, our warehouse is located in Rakvere.

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and accurate Sales Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Sales Director and ensuring smooth daily operations. Our ideal goal is for you to develop yourself and grow towards a sales position within 1-2 years.

Main Responsibilities

Receive, enter, and manage customer orders in the system
Communicate with customers
Support the sales department in day-to-day activities
Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation
Prepare, issue, and archive invoices; maintain debtor overview
Monitor stock levels and follow up on order/purchase order confirmations
Provide administrative and office support (incl. occasional tasks in the Rakvere warehouse)
Collaborate proactively with the Netherlands team

What we expect

Ambitious and a proactive mindset
Very good communication and cooperation skills
English language skills at a communicative level (fluent preferred)
Native Estonian; additional languages are an advantage
Strong stress tolerance and the ability to plan time effectively
Initiative, accuracy, and willingness to improve yourself
Basic understanding of CRM ( Exact ) software is a plus
B-category driving license
Previous experience in sales or administrative work is beneficial
Affinity with our industry is a plus
