Focus on high level customer service, provide an effective, polite, friendly and professional service
Keep up to date with daily assignments to ensure all bookings and amendments are made within the required timescale
Handle requests related to our services at the hotel and deal with operational issues requested by our resort customers
Receive and make phone calls, handle e-mails and act as the first positive point of contact for our customers
Book, amend and finalize hotel accommodation and activities for our valued customers
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel and customer service related work is essential
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication, organization and PC skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Detail and result oriented, precise and open-minded
Good sense of humor, especially at times of stressful situations
Fluent in written and verbal English, all other language skills are an advantage
