Job summary
The primary responsibility of the Requirements Management Expert is to contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Requirements Management Process across all stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of specific projects within the Rail Baltica Global Project (RBGP).
- Maintain and update the RB Rail Requirements Management Process and associated governance documentation.
- Continuously improve the Requirements Management Tool (Jama), including its configuration and deployment.
- Develop and maintain training materials, work instructions, and user guidance for stakeholders involved in Requirements Management activities.
- Coordinate the Requirements Management process with all entities involved (internal and external).
- Support Verification & Validation (V&V) activities by ensuring requirements are properly defined, linked, and managed.
- Support Change Management activities by assessing, tracking, and maintaining changes to requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Requirements Management, preferably but not necessarily for complex projects or organizations in the railway sector.
- Proven experience (5 years) in the use of Requirements Management Tools.
- Knowledge of System Engineering disciplines and UML modelling.
- Knowledge of industry-specific technology or systems.
- Fluent in English and good command of technical English
