Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities:
• Continue deployment of Lean Six Sigma tools in ABB GBS to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct Lean training sessions across various levels in the organization
• Work closely with Operations team to identify process improvement opportunities
• Mentor productivity and quality improvement projects
• Ensure standardisation and simplification of processes
• Monitor end to end process flow of delivery units to identify opportunities of improvement and convert them into actionable
• Create learning culture among team members

Requirements:
• Broad experience in deploying Lean Six Sigma and building Lean culture
• Lean Expert, Lean Champion or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Strong experience with project and change management
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Experience in Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage
