• Building up a system for the training programs and creating personal training plans for our employees
• Selection of external partners and relevant trainings inside and outside of company
• Checking and adjusting the content of trainings
• Organisation of trainings and training days
• Working together with HR team on different smaller ongoing projects
Requirements
• Higher education
• At least 1 year of experience in related field and knowledge of Estonian training market and trends
• Fluent Estonian and English skills, good knowledge of Russian or German is an advantage
• Ability to manage daily operations and keep good contact with different suppliers
• Very good communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• B-category driver’s license and mobility for business trips abroad
