Production manager

Organizing production operations and ensuring that production plans, targets and deadlines are met;
Analyzing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and productivity and reduce losses;
Ensuring compliance with production standards and maintaining the required level of product quality;
Managing a production team of approximately 65 employees and ensuring compliance with work and production discipline;
Developing and updating production procedures, work instructions and other relevant documentation.

Technical education;
At least 3 years of experience in production management within metalworking and/or metal structures manufacturing;
Experience in optimizing production processes;
Ability to read technical drawings;
Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks and experience with ERP systems;
A responsible and systematic approach, together with strong organizational skills.
