Procurement Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our cross-border team.

In this role, you will manage and develop procurement activities in Estonia, ensuring alignment with Enersense Group’s policies and best practices. You will support daily operations by sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient procurement processes.

You will work closely with local teams as well as the Group’s procurement organization, contributing to consistent and continuously improving ways of working. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts business performance.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working with different stakeholders and takes responsibility for delivering results.

Requirements

Requirements 

  • Manage RFQs, competitive bidding processes, negotiations, and purchase orders in line with approved contracts, category strategies, and procurement policies
  • Support customer projects and maintenance activities by ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
  • Act as the main contact for suppliers, making sure orders are confirmed, deliveries arrive on time, and any issues are resolved
  • Add new suppliers to the system and keep their information up to date
  • Handle supplier-related issues, deviations, and disputes together with other teams
  • Work closely with procurement teams in other countries to find the best solutions and share best practices
  • Make sure all work follows company rules, laws, and audit requirements
  • Organize transport and work with logistics partners, including customs-related activities
  • Support required reporting (such as CBAM- Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism and other regulations)
  • Keep procurement documents accurate, organized, and easy to check
  • Support responsible sourcing by following company rules on sustainability and supplier behavior
  • Help find and use solutions that have a lower environmental impact
  • Take part in improving procurement processes and ways of working together with local teams and the Group

We value

  • Previous experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the energy or construction sector
  • A technical mindset with an interest in electrical networks and technical components
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with analytical and structured thinking
  • Accuracy, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility in your work
  • Good communication skills in both English and Estonia
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and international environment
  • Willingness to travel
