Job Description
* Support the installation and set-up of a new conformal coating line in May 2024
* Create Your own process designed for quality and performance
* In the future, to maintain the health of the conformal coating process
* Part of the responsibility will be in the final assembly area with production processes as machine
soldering (selective, wave), Nano-coating and BGA repair set-up
* You will analyze the issues in production related to Your area of responsibility, prepare production
process-related documentation, support new product´s introduction (NPI) into manufacturing
* Conduct training´s for production and maintenance personnel related to Your production processes

Requirements
* Education in the field of engineering as mechanical, machinery, electronics or other which is related to manufacturing processes
* Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment functionality and technical documentation
* Previous experience using 3D design software (Free CAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
* Language skills: good English both in spoken and written, Russian on communication level
* Knowledge of quality tools (PFMEA, Control plan, Statistical Process Control)
