PRIVATE HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANT

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys creating order, maintaining a well-functioning home environment and taking pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Good written and verbal English communication skills are important for this role!

• Maintaining two private apartments to a high standard

• Household organization and general upkeep

• Grocery shopping and keeping household essentials stocked

• Meal preparation based on provided instructions and meal plans

• Keeping refrigerators stocked with ready-to-eat breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks

• Laundry, folding, wardrobe organization and clothing care

• Receiving deliveries and managing household supplies

• Unpacking luggage and organizing belongings after travel

• Light cleaning, regular vacuuming and maintaining a tidy environment

• Occasional deep-cleaning and organization projects

• Assisting with various practical household tasks as needed

All household routines, preferences, meal preparation instructions and systems will be clearly explained from the beginning. Strong English communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions are therefore important.

The residents travel frequently, and while they are away, the role would involve supporting the office in areas that best match the candidate's skills and experience.

As this is a newly created role, the exact structure and schedule will naturally develop over time. Flexibility, professionalism and open communication are therefore important on both sides.

Previous experience in private households, hospitality, housekeeping, cooking, personal assistance, or similar roles is required.
