We are currently looking for a talented Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team and manage all of our human resource activities. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruitment and the execution of HR policy designed to support our business goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the development and implementation of our HR policy
* Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
* Create and implement effective onboarding plans
* Develop training and development programs
* Assist in performance management processes
* Support the management of disciplinary issues and complaints
* Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
* Ensure compliance with any evolving employment legislation
* Respond to employees’ questions about benefits.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
* Proven experience as an HR Specialist or other HR position
* Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
* BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field is desirable
* Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
* Proficient in MS Office
* Outstanding organizational and timemanagement capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong ethics and reliability
* Proficiency in English and Estonian
