HR Manager at Møller Auto is a strategic and operational role that supports management on their strategic and day-to-day HR activities. Be part of Møller Mobility Group’s Corporate HR team and lead, coordinate and control all HR related matters in our Estonian dealerships.

YOUR DAILY TASKS
Coordinate high quality execution of HR administrative tasks
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, strengthen corporate culture, build morale, increase productivity and retention
Support management in recruiting best talents and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding
Coordinate and oversee annual employment life cycle for learning and development, performance management, engagement etc.
Act as ambassador to new digital HR solutions
Take part in Group’s HR projects and initiatives
Identify and make recommendations for the improvements in the way of working within HR and organization in general

OUR EXPECTATIONS
Previous experience in HR management
In depth knowledge of HR operations and good knowledge of labor law rules & regulations
Positive and energetic personality
Excellency in communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Estonian languages
Driver’s license
