Requirements
Interest in People Partnership and at least 3 years of experience in the field
Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated coaching skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
Be well-organized and display communication skills and flexibility, allowing you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Be capable of working independently, taking lead for your responsibilities, as well collaborate closely as part of a Pan-Baltic team
Be able to communicate in English and Estonian: fluent in all spoken and written communication
