Manage the Operations Support team to ensure the performance aligns with business requirements
Manage existing drivers to ensure a quality service
Requirements
Availability to work on weekends
You have 1 year experience in management
You're a great communicator and motivator
You have a data-driven analytical mindset (Excel skills are a must)
You're a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
You have excellent spoken and written English
You're passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing
