Training sellers on how to successfully sell on our Marketplace-platform;
Train and coordinate sellers during their onboarding process;
Communicating with sellers in the process of uploading and managing their products;
Training and advising sellers on the use of Marketplace internal systems;
Achieving personal and team goals;
Solving various issues that come with onboarding new sellers.
Requirements
We hope You have:
Professional working proficiency of Estonian and English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
Secondary- or higher education;
Work experience in solving problems - acquired during training or in areas focused on customer service;
Initiative, responsible and results-oriented attitude;
Interest in e-commerce and desire to develop in the field;
Experience in e-commerce and/or retail is an advantage.
