The main purpose of the position is to support Lidl headquarter with administrative tasks.
Working in the reception and booking meeting rooms.
Supporting new employees (e.g., organising authorisations and access cards).
Preparing and assembling documents.
Ordering office supplies.
Answering phone calls and e-mails.
Registering and dealing with couriers.
Requirements
You have previous work experience in assisting role and are skilled with MS Office programs.
Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English language, Russian and German will be an advantage.
Graduated higher education or you are studying at the moment.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Independent and helpful team player, who is detail oriented by character.
