Your main duties would be supporting the work of the management and the project managers; taking care of general correspondence and the office. You would be the soul of our office whose contribution is highly valued.
Primary responsibilities:
• Organising meetings (booking rooms, arranging and setting up meetings, protocols);
• Greeting and taking care of guests, booking transportation and accommodation;
• Organising communication, including developing office procedures and internal communication;
• Writing reports;
• Ordering supplies and managing the office (office supplies, technology, maintenance etc);
• Supporting new employees, ensuring that health policies are up to date, office safety etc;
• Helping to organise company events (birthdays, anniversaries, gifts for employees and partners etc).
Requirements
• At least secondary education; higher education or vocational education in the field is preferred;
• 2+ years experience in the relevant field in an international company;
• Excellent Estonian and English skills, both verbal and written (the main communication language is English);
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Calendar, Gmail;
• Good attention to detail, accuracy and loyalty;
• Ability to adapt fast and to help the company develop further.
