Merit on küll 35 aastat vana ettevõte, ent kasvame jätkuvalt startupiliku kiirusega, olles oma valdkonna vaieldamatu liider. Kuigi enamikele vähetuntud, oleme kümmekond aastat olnud ka Eesti IT-firmade TOP-10 hulgas.
Meie ülesandeks on pakkuda tarkvara, et Eestis 80 000 ettevõttet saaksid oma raamatupidamise ja palgaarvestuse korras hoida. Lisaks teeme seda 6 000 ettevõtte jaoks Poolas, kus samuti kasvame kiiresti. Kindlasti pole meile olulised vaid klientide kasvu ja finantsnäitajad - oleme ka üks Euroopa suurima töötajate rahuloluga ettevõtetest (eNPS 97). Merit is indeed a 35-year-old company, yet we continue to grow at a startup-like speed, being the undisputed leader in our field. Although unknown to most, we have been among the top 10 Estonian IT companies for about ten years.
Our task is to provide software so that 80,000 companies in Estonia can keep their accounting and payroll in order. Additionally, we do this for 6,000 companies in Poland, where we are also growing rapidly. Certainly, it is not just the growth and financial indicators of our clients that are important to us - we are also one of the companies in Europe with the highest employee satisfaction (eNPS 97).
