About the Company & Role

We are looking for our first Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to take full ownership of building the growth function at FastoPayments. This is a brand-new position where you will design and execute the strategy that drives customer acquisition, brand visibility, and international expansion across our ecosystem of projects.

You will oversee all marketing activities, manage a small but growing team, and work directly with the CEO on key initiatives like PPC campaigns, marketing channels, partnerships, and market entry strategies.

This role is hands-on at the start, with the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position as the company expands across Europe.

Skills

  • Proven experience in growth marketing or digital strategy

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and data analysis

  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or digital industries is an advantage

  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team while remaining hands-on

  • Skilled in partnership development and market expansion

  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages as a plus

Fasto Package

  • €4,000 per month base salary, plus a 13th salary (annual €52,000)

  • Performance bonus up to 2 months’ salary annually
