As a Learning and Development Coordinator you will:
- manage training and development projects from training needs analysis to evaluation
- collaborate with external partners for effective development activities
- create engaging training materials and facilitate training sessions
- provide guidance and support to employees on professional development
- implement and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives
- coordinate newcomers onboarding and employee participation in training sessions
- manage Moodle LMS
- contribute to personnel strategy through various projects
Requirements
We will be happy if you:
- have at least 3 years of experience in the learning and development field
- have a higher education, preferably in Andragogy, Human Resources, or a related field
- are a team player and effective communicator
- have positive can-do attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- are fluent in Estonian and English
