Lead Technologist

Provide technical support for projects, communicate with clients, and resolve technical issues during production.
Prepare drawings and technical documentation for production.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for steel structures.
Plan work stages and monitor project deadlines.
Coordinate the work of the engineering team during project execution.

Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Shipbuilding, or Industrial Construction.
Experience in projects involving the fabrication of large-scale steel structures.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, including practical knowledge of welding technologies
and metal machining.
Ability to perform structural strength calculations and/or lifting operation calculations would be an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (or similar software).
Responsibility, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
