Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Manage requests and complaints, solve problems and find solutions to the problems
Identify customer needs and help customers use app features
Requirements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous working experience in customer service
Multi-tasking abilities (to assist other departments if needed)
