• Develop and execute communication plans aligned with both local and international guidelines.
• Draft news stories and press releases, manage media inquiries and represent the company in interviews when needed.
• Manage corporate social media presence flow across digital channels.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events.

• At least 3 years of work experience in PR or communications.
• Professional fluency in Estonian and English language with exceptional writing and public speaking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Estonian media landscape and proven experience working with external agencies.
• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to see the big picture in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ready to work both independently and in a cross-border team with occasional travel.
