Klienditeenindaja

At Candy POP, we’re all about making people smile — from our colourful displays to our delicious treats. We are a Baltic company with our headquarters in Lithuania, and we’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and organised person to join our Estonian team. If you love working with people and want to be part of something fun and dynamic, this might just be the perfect role for you!

Your Role:

• Consult our customers and help them find exactly what they’re craving.
• Handle all sales-related tasks with a smile.
• Keep our shop sparkling clean and welcoming.
• Take care of creative and attractive product placement.
• Prepare internal reports to keep things running smoothly.

• Experience in sales is a plus, but your positive energy matters even more.
• Ability to work independently and shine as part of a team.
• Good computer skills to handle daily tasks.
• Fluency in Estonian and English is a must – due to our Lithuanian office and Baltic-wide communication, this is very important to us. Russian is also an advantage.
• You’re 18 or older
• You’re organised, disciplined, responsible, flexible, optimistic, and not afraid to take initiative.

• A fun, exciting, and meaningful job in a vibrant Baltic company.
• A young, supportive team and attentive managers who care about your growth.
• A motivational programme designed to help you succeed.
• Development and career opportunities – both in Estonia and across the Baltics.
• Flexible working hours.
• The freedom to express yourself, share ideas, and develop your unique skills.
• And of course… being surrounded by sweets all day!

If you’re ready to bring smiles, spread sweetness, and grow with us, we’d love to meet you! Apply today and start your journey with Candy POP.
