Your main focus area

  • Monitor revenue performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams

We’re looking for someone who has

  •  Previous B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of Estonian market.
  • Fluent Estonian & English (Russian is a plus)B-category driving license.

What We Offer

A fixed salary from €1800 gross/month plus a performance-based monthly bonus.The role focuses 60% on sales and 40% on client service and relationship management
