Implements sales and distribution targets and strategies in coordination with Baltics KAM
Prepares annual budget for the OT Department in Estonia and follows actual results on a regular basis, take corrective actions where needed
Finding new ways and opportunities for resultative co-operation with customers
Planning and executing sales promotions in the assigned accounts, analyzing the results
Developing good business relationships with all levels of customer’s management, visiting all the clients regularly
Negotiate contract terms with customers; Being responsible for preparing and keeping customer contracts
Establish and monitor KPI’s of the 3rd party Merchandising company
Requirements
University degree would be an advantage (Economics, Finance, Business Degree)
Minimum of 3 years in FMCG industry
Determined, persistent, responsible and well-organized with passionate drive
Good command of English language
