• Rates management in admin system – creation/deletion/analysis of rate plans
• Rates calculation based on specific requests
• Rate plan management and maintenance in ERP (block id creation, change of coefficient, data correctness check, rates check, etc)
• Customer support – customer requests/questions/tickets handling
• Mass mailing preparation
• Other assistance to rate specialists based on requests
Requirements
• Higher education (Bachelor diploma or equivalent, recent graduate preferably)
• Passion for numbers
• High level of concentration
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to details
• Interest in Telecom
• Outlook, Excel – confident level
• Familiarity with MailChimp/SQL would be a plus
• Some experience with CRM and online project management software (such as Wrike) would be an advantage
