Level 2 problem solving within competence.
Requirements
Higher education and previous experience in the IT Service Desk.
Good communication skills, ability to solve problems quickly and high stress tolerance.
Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English, Russian is an advantage.
Knowledge of Windows and iOS platforms.
ITIL certificate and knowledge of retail processes and technologies is an advantage.
