You will be the 1st point of contact for all IT support for the bank’s employees;
You will be helping to set up and implement new features;
You will set up and maintain employee’s computers, phones, and other IT equipment;
You will research and provide solutions that will ensure efficiency and features, that are better than current tools;
You will manage phone and communication platforms;
You will be an IT support superhero who will provide local support to all employees located in our Tartu office and remotely for all other locations.
Requirements
You have previous experience in providing IT support or have a vocational/higher education degree in the field;
You have previous experience in supporting Windows and Mac OS;
You are fluent in Estonian and English, both in speech and writing;
You are highly motivated and interested in everything tech;
You are able to work in a team and individually when necessary;
You are ready to travel abroad and locally.
