International Sales Account Manager (B2B)

Tingopol is an international distributor of enterprise IT infrastructure, specializing in servers, storage systems, networking equipment and AI hardware solutions.

We work with resellers, system integrators, service providers and end customers across international markets.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven International Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing B2B customers
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop your own customer portfolio
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
  • Work with enterprise customers, system integrators, resellers and service providers
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Native or fluent in an additional language is a strong advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Previous B2B sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email and online meetings
  • Technical interest or basic understanding of IT infrastructure is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented personality
