- Plan,coordinate and execute software deployment activities.
- Initiate and perform CMP activities in regulated markets.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure successful deployments and regulated activities
- Keep traceable information about supported product versions and certifications in production environments.
- Track and coordinate possible deployment-related incidents and guarantee root cause analysis.
- Take part in improvement initiatives of the deployment/rollout processes.
Requirements
- Are excellent in time management and have an eye for detail.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Are service and team oriented.
- Have an ability to understand,interpret and act accordingly to different regulatory requirements.
- Bring prior experience with release and incident management.
- Are enthusiastic about delivery excellence and process optimization, with a proactive mindset toward improving team workflows.
