• Responsible for completing customer order intake documentation, for purchasing and delivery of customer orders related equipment, components / services
• Responsible for all internal and external issues related to the implementation and delivery of the service to customer
• Coordinate the implementation of the service to the customer(s) within a budget and on the committed delivery date
• Identify and handle the project risks
• Determine implementation schedules for customer orders
• Manage the customer and supplier communication and all escalations during the implementation phase
• Being single point of contact for customer installations and technical appointments
• Coordinate service testing at delivery
• Provide administrative pre- and post-sales support for all Citic Telecom CPC products.
Requirements
• Bachelor in any area related to IT or Telecom
• 3 years' experience in implementation field within telecommunication company
• Project implementation skills
• Fluent in English, plus Estonian and/or Russian
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication services
• Brief understanding and practical experience of WAN technologies
• Understanding and preferable practical experience of network technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, MPLS, Ethernet, Switches, IP Router)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
