Collecting and analyzing various data and insights to define people priorities
Developing and improving HR products, solutions and processes to deliver HR and overall company strategy
Planning & organizing Induction & Development trainings
Running Training Store selection, induction & further development
Adapting E-learning materials and administering the system
Running Store Induction and Development trainings
Managing HR Admin & Payroll process within the country in cooperation with external service provider
Managing Recruitment process within the country
In cooperation with H&S Specialist and H&S external service provider, ensuring H&S compliance within the country
Adapting and implementing HR policies and company guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor degree
Experience of 3+ years in HR role
Experience of partnering leaders of the organization on people topics is seen as advantage
Advanced English and Estonian language skills
Solid Microsoft Office skills
