Household manager / Family Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and caring Family Assistant to support a busy household and help with the smooth running of daily family life.

Main responsibilities include:

• Preparing healthy family meals and snacks
• Helping children with homework, reading and school preparation
• Taking children to and from school, nursery and activities
• Caring for a baby when required
• General tidying and light household cleaning
• Laundry, folding clothes and keeping children’s rooms organised
• Grocery shopping and other household errands
• Preparing school bags, lunchboxes and activity equipment
• Helping with evening and bedtime routines when needed

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with children, cooking and keeping a household organised. Deep cleaning is not a main part of the position.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Kind, trustworthy, patient and responsible
• Experienced in caring for babies and children
• Confident preparing simple, healthy family meals
• Able to help school-age children with homework
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable carrying out light cleaning and household tasks
• A confident driver with a valid driving licence
• Punctual and dependable
• Able to communicate in English; Estonian would be an advantage
• Legally entitled to work in Estonia

Previous experience as a nanny, family assistant, childcare worker or household assistant is preferred. A childcare qualification and first-aid training would be advantageous.
