Job Description
- Systematic coordination and leadership of international service teams
- Combining the best service experience and knowledge of subsidiaries into a whole
- Finding suitable service solutions for new markets, service partners and participation in key personnel recruitment processes
- Coordinating after-sales service activities and necessary developments, also spare parts delivery and storage process
Requirements
- Good command of English both in speech and writing, additionally Estonian is a plus
- Previous experience working with customer-oriented products, experience in mechatronics is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP software, digital competence
- You are proactive, self-motivated and always hands on with excellent communication skills
- Higher education and previous experience in similar field
