• Complete Welcome Calls to engage and greet new customers;
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers;
• Educate customers regarding new product offerings;
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems; develop solutions and manage through to resolution;
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Excellent customer care skills;

• A clear and friendly telephone voice;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills (Estonian and English);
• Good computer skills and typing skills;
• Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills;
• Strong active listening skills – give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate.
