- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Assist customers with their questions and queries via phone, live chat and email.
- Training customers on product use.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base.
- Contribute to the development process ensuring that documentation is up-to date, and testing new features.
- NB! Rotating day, evening and night shifts. Service provided 24/5.
Requirements
- Written and spoken English skills at fluent level.
- Written and spoken Russian skills at fluent level.
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer service focused.
- University degree in IT field or previous experience in IT is an asset.
