Leading diverse, international and agile team of Software Developers (team size 3-5 people) delivering mission critical features on daily basis
Growing development team, participating in hiring and interview process
Designing and building Bolt’s backend systems, with focus on payments
Doing code reviews
Proactively fixing upcoming bugs and solving technical challenges
Contributing ideas to our product development roadmap
Requirements
Management/Team Lead experience
Management/Team Lead experience
8+ years of experience in software development
Previous experience with the Commerce business domain (online payments, billing and accounting, taxation)
Strong communication skills
Fluent English
A university degree in a technical subject (Computer science, Mathematics or similar)
Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
