Job Description

  • Prepare accurate sales offers and order confirmations
  • Manage customer claims and find effective solutions
  • Coordinate orders with customers and production
  • Act as the key link between customers and the production team
  • Ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch and French
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
