Development Manager

Managing the development department and ensuring effective allocation of engineering and technology resources
Improving and developing production processes across the company
Selecting and implementing new technologies, equipment, and production tooling
Leading initiatives that increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality

Have a technical degree in mechanical engineering or production engineering
Have at least 5 years of experience in the metal industry
Have at least 5 years of leadership experience with team management
Can communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Russian
Are familiar with modern manufacturing technologies and understand production processes as well as capacity/resource planning
