How you will contribute to the Workforce Management team:
Create and optimise short, mid and long term capacity planning, so that our customers get support within defined service-level agreements
Conduct ad hoc scenario simulations and sensitivity analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation
You will have intern at Wise
What does it take? These things are a must:
You are graduating in 2024 from a Bachelors or Masters degree. This might be in Mathematics or any similar subject
You are able to start a 10 weeks internship job from 25th June - 30th August 2024
Strong in SQL, including window functions and CTEs, with the ability to integrate and manipulate API-driven data
You’re a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously
Eligible to work in Estonia
