We are looking for a danish speaker to join our international customer support team to help grow and maintain our customer base in Denmark
• Help our customers and our sales team with various day to day requests via email, phone and skype
• Keep an eye on our orders and work with our partners to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries
• Help our customers with their warranty cases and solve logistics issues
• Communicate with our partners to ensure smooth day to day operations
• Assist our finance team with customer queries and accounts recievable
Requirements
• C-level or native danish and english language skills, other languages are a benefit
• A positive and ambitions attitude coupled with a desire to help people
• Some customer service experience
• Confidence in your communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Interest in IT would be extremely helpful
