Customer support via e-mail, phone, live-chat. Providing information about products, orders, sales and problem solving. Daily work with product descriptions translation. Working at pick-up point (orders preparation and giving out to customers).
Requirements
* 1-2 yrs. in customer support or e-commerce related activities;
* University degree is not required but it’s recommended, students are welcome;
* Computer savvy. Internet browsers, MS Office, Windows, Dropbox, basic WYSIWYG editor experience;
* Confident, open minded, enthusiastic, agile and always learning. Self-disciplined;
* Estonian: mother tongue; Russian: very good; English: very good;
