• Fluent level of English with good written and verbal communication skills 
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to help customers 
• Experience in Сustomer Support is an advantage 

• Answering customers’ questions and solving daily problems
• Support customers within the crypto exchange process 
• Provide the best customer experience 
• Improve FAQ in cooperation with operations team
