We are looking for someone to join our team at a fresh, young, informal and innovative esports betting company in Tallinn. We are a small team of energetic, driven individuals who are looking to expand and grow our business from Estonia. The role that we are trying to fill now is that of general admin/customer support with a high possibility of growing further within the business.
Your daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming chats and emails from customers.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Process internal data
- Administration
- Presenting and formatting internal data
Requirements
- Fluent/Good written and spoken English
- Speaking / writing Russian is a bonus
- Esports knowledge is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft suite basic knowledge
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Open to work in a flexible environment
