We are looking for a service-oriented person to become our customer success specialist. As a pivotal role in the company, you will work closely with best hotels in the works. You will help them to with any issues they might have with GuestJoy. You will be our chief happiness officer.
Your responsibilities
- Help onboard new customers
- Solve customer issues and pass them to tech team if needed
- Get a deep understanding of their needs and communicate features to them
- Work together with product development to improve the customer experience
- Write support articles
- Follow customer satisfaction KPIs
Requirements
- You are fluent in English
- Previous experience working in technical customer support (1+ years)
- You are familiar with at least one major support tool
- You are tech savvy and self-motivated
